Hi,I recently switched from my BSNL to TATA. BSNL was good but I was facing issues during the rains. The TATA modem sucks and the engineer at TATA told me it would be possible to use the BSNL modem for TATA broadband. The BSNL type IV modem comes with wireless as well which is a huge plus.Has anyone tried this before and do you think it is a good idea?Looking forward to your reply. Thanks,Abhinav

Hi... I think TATA is also good but for Broadband purpose BSNL is good with speed... so its good you use TATA not an issue occur in That... Thanks for sharing the post...

u can definitely use bsnl modem on tata or airtel, as all use same DSL standard. i once configured bsnl modem on airtel, only difference was the VCI/VPI numbers are different between bsnl and airtel. so make sure u note down values of all important details from tata modem before starting with bsnl modem
