Using Reliance Thunder 1099 - 4mbps plan, but from last 3 days getting 0.2mbps only

last time i complained there my problem got solved very quickly thats why i complained there...and there are rcom representatives there who takes the complaints..

I got an ultimate ping today to Aircel New Delhi server (~500mi)--- > 880 ms They should really revert back to NIXI :\ Ping really really sucks in Reliance broadband.

Reliance Broadband really lacks quality.. If it did not, I am sure it would have been a great competition for airtel and bsnl
