i have 800 unlimited bsnl plan but for night 2mbps download i have applied for new connection. already got new land phone and now waiting for the user id/pass. but the tech guy saying i cannot use two connection in same modem. even if at night i only want to use second connection, if i want to use second connection at night i have to do modem break or something which i don't understand. and he suggest me to get a rental modem or purchase a new one.

This is a good idea, but you will need 2 modems for this. I am not aware of any firmware that will allow you to dial out 2 connections depending on the time of day. Possible I imagine.

Yes but the 600 one is only viable to use between 2am to 8am. So unless yuo plan to be awake between these times, you will have to get another modem. in case 2am you are normally awake, then you will have to switch modem or router settings between the 800 and 600 one. You will also have to change the cable into the modem as these are 2 separate broadband connections.
However I have seen 2 line RJ11 sockets, meaning, a single telephone cable can support 2 lines. (I think, not sure, sorry)

Use your existing modem in bridge mode. Then dial each individual connection from your PC. VPI/VCI will stay the same.
Only thing is that you'll have to change the wire every time. Buy another modem if you don't want this hassle of changing wires every time. I have done this before and believe me it's annoying.
Even I'm gonna get a 2nd connection in a few days and I've decided to buy another modem.

You just can't use both at the same time. Just change the ID and password and you are ready to use it on both lines.
