i changed something on my router page.....n i cant open the router configuration page now

Reset the modem. Start all over again. see Post No 4 .ID admin password: utstar or password or admin, unless you have reset the password.

Why are you posting same question in different forums ?
You do not have a MTNL connection
If you wanted others in MTNL forum to help you should not have marked my name.

What exactly is your problem with the modem ? post it in BSNL forum.
