Yes you selected a good one. I have Aquaguard Classic for MCD water and it works good. Besides they have service centers everywhere in Delhi.

See buy any just keep in mind below:-

Uf filter is mst.
Uv tube needs to be changed every 6 months or max 9months as the intensity would decrease and it may seems to be working fine but technical of no use.

Have a filter with external pre filter to keep unwanted heavy particules our of filter system.
Water pressure thru membrain should never exceed 300psi, else membrain would not be able to perform as desired.

Membrain should have minimum 7 layers of filter to make sure all nano particles get settled below.

Last by not the least, the pipe connected to tap should be secured using water tight thread else over the time the deposites would start contaminating water.

Hope these would help.

I went with the kent uv model for now without RO, its yet to be installed.
I did not know UV light had to be replaced, since one is dependant on the indicator :D

i had booked a request for today's install via email, got call in morning from Kent that someone will call me to come and install it today, but no one came for the install and neither anyone replied back to email i sent, about no install done today.
So, so far it seem's Kent's service is useless....

I think this is same for many water purifier companies in India, when we had Philips one installed, it took over a week for the guy to come and install.

AO Smith? They are mostly known for their geysers. I got their geyser earlier this year and it is pretty awesome. Remote, temperature control, timer and all that shit. Vidya Balan advertises for them :P

Anyways... It was not easy to get the model I wanted. Not on sale in Gurgaon. Not in stock in Delhi. So I contacted the company who referred me to a guy in Gurgaon who arranged a unit for me and got it installed.

They are apparently the largest seller of water heaters in North America based on Wikipedia.
