VDSL to Xstream fiber upgrade, need suggestion for optimal installation location.

You mean a powerbank? but then that powerbank would need to be unplugged & charged mostly after 1-2 days, isn't it?
No, actually, Mini UPS are available for 1.8-2.3k, which have the 12v output and input, you just have to plug ur adapter into the powerbank and plug from the powerbank to the ONT or router, you do not need to remove it ever because it switches on its own. Here is the links:

All this mini UPS are serious waste of Money.
Power Banks of 10000mAH is under 1K. or one can buy proper UPS(will be around 1.8K) having larger batter capacity with advantage of easy replacement of Battery in future)
 
@Sudarshan61 Not necessarily, even though a regular UPS comes with a 7 AH 12 V battery, it doesn't give a 4-5 or hour or more battery backup for a 6w load.

Whereas these mini UPS', with a 2 AH battery give a 3-4 hour backup for a similar load.
