Verizon CDMA locked phone in India ?

I have LG Dare from Verizon, trying to find if I can make it work on Tata Indicom, and how ?

I m also facing problem with my Palm treo Verizon 700w, which i brought from U.S.,I cant use is in India with any service provider.did anyone found solution to use this fone in India? If yes, please help me.Regards

Looks like this one's a toughie.A friend of mine recently moved back from the US. She has a Verizon/HTC Droid Incredible ADR6300VW. It's still locked to Verizon and no one here (Heera Panna) seems to be able to help.I guess she'll have to continue using it on WiFi, like an iPod touch.

You shoudl be able to use it on Reliance or Tata Indicom after the MEID is added to their database

Just MEID registration won't enable it to use on Reliance / Tata. MSL unlocking and CDMA handset programming also needs to be done.
