Very bad customer service (ACT fibernet)

Hi guys,
I have bought act fibernet recently on 14th aug.I got the connection within 3 days,but after I used it for 2 days I faced internet problem.I registered complain about it on 16th Aug and customer care replied they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs,but my internet is not working since last 3 days.when I am calling customer care they are giving me same explanation repeatedly.


ACT fibernet,your internet speed is so good,but your customer service is really bad.hopefully you will correct this in future

True. Their customer service is definitely a huge drawback. I faced similar problems on multiple occasions, which finally led me to disconnect. It'll be nice if they can fix their cs. But I feel they have become complacent and aren't bothered about losing a few customers.
