Very High Ping 150+ and download speed <20 Mbps (using IDM) on 150 Mbps (INR 999) Connection

Hello all,
Just recently found this forum, so maybe anyone here can help. I gave up hope on the local area JIO FIBER team as they said they cannot help me.
I have been doing this recharge of JIO Fiber (INR 999 + GST) for more than 6 months now.

I have made multiple complaints and the, in the end, I am facing this issue where using IDM my download speed is <20 Mbps and my ping in most of the online games is >150. I do not know what to do at this point.
Do I switch my ISP or is something wrong with my jiorouter.
I have posted some screenshots for anyone who can help me.

P.S: I use the 5Ghz band most cause 2.4Ghz sucks.

IDM measures speed in bytes. Not bits. If it's a 150Mbps connection, you'll get around 18MB/s.

Also for pings, run traceroute to the servers and see where is the issue.

for 150 Mbps connection ...why 18 Mbps and I see speed less than 20 in chrome direct downloads as well.

Internet speed is measured in megabits. 8 megabits = 1 megabyte.

Speed of 150 megabits = around 19 megabytes per second.
