Well u need to check ur Local LAN also.....ping the gateway with load of 1470 bytes and see howmany pings u drop.......alternatively try to doenload the BBClient File while logged out....if u get anything less than 150 KBps then problem is in LAN and not in SIFyIt occurs with me all times.....during certain hours of days.....certain dude's comp give collisions due to virus...and other times it gets OK

I heard vb is easiest to learn as compared to c/c++
