Very Lower speed how to increase it.

Hi,This is my first post in the forum. My Broadband connection is very lower in speed sometimes it goes upto 13kbps. and the maximum is 256kbps. How i can imrove my broadband signal strength please suggest. Thanking you all in advance for your support.

Check your speed at http:/www.speedguide.net and download then program TCP/Ip optimizer.
