i am using bsnl bb 800 plan.over a past few weeks i am getting pathetic browsing speeds(win 8 network meter never shows google chrome using over 0.1mbps).however if i download something with idm i get 1mbps.also if i disable multiple connections on a server in idm that is setting the default max no. of connections to 1,the speed is again 0.1 mbps.i have tried using different browsers and changing dns.
