Vi allowing prepaid to postpaid conversion through OTP without sim change

Visited a vi store... They have stopped otp based conversion... Only way is to do a mnp.... Either u have sim of same circle or different circle....

I have 3 vi numbers... I tried it on them... Didn't worked

So finally, Vi has stopped converting Prepaid to Postpaid via OTP. Now it's even not showing up for me and other fellow members of our telecom group.

So officially vi number can't be converted to postpaid just via OTP. We need to go to Vi store or get the sim home delivered.

I wonder what could have caused this to go back to ground zero again?

That is what I was saying... I tried online, went to vi store... All said about mnp... Even in same circle....

Otp conversion was a quite user friendly move... Now its gone.... Vi likes pissing off its customers.... Firstly they removed popular double data offers now this
