With 1 year plan? I was not eligible as well with my newly ported sim but after that I recharged for 1 year plan and it got activated then. Also, all the previous Vi sims in my family are eligible for this plan with recharges 299 & above.

Only Per day data plans are eligible for VI guarantee. It may get credited for all recharges but you won't be able to use it.
No bro, I'm able to use it with non per day data yearly plans. You can easily claim it and use it. You may not be eligible for it otherwise but all my numbers in family with yearly recharges are available. Maybe it's different in your circle?
Yes, all non per day data plans are queued with each other and so does daily data packs with each other but not one with other. So you can do 1800 recharge now.

It's a 1.5 GB per day plan so you can queue up the same 1449 plan for 6 months or queue up the 2899 plan for 1 year which will give you extra 50 GB data as well.
Nope, you can queue up 2899 plan only. All 2 GB/day plans can be queued up with 2 GB/day plans. Similarly with 1.5 GB/day & monthly data as well.
