Video or Audio? I want both

By browsing the web I found that the most popular [FONT=&#23435]TFT[/FONT] recently is LTPS 4.3 in. The output picture quality can compare favorably with DVD. But, for me who love music and movies so much, the cell phone I need must or best support music formats like MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC and video formats like AVI[FONT=&#23435]、[/FONT]RM/RMVB[FONT=&#23435]、[/FONT]FLV, etc. If it is possible, I also want a converter to convert my DVD movies to AVI, or H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, MPEG-4 formats that can be played on my iPhone, hope I can get some good suggestions from you. By the way, I am using Ainsoft DVD to iPhone Converter now; I think it is pretty good for me. Maybe you have other choice; I would love to know that.
