@Gowtham66 everything looks good on here, looks like you gotta flush the MAC by BSNL.
If you are using the Deco standalone or deco kit, watch yt on the web ui page. There might be some info

Some of these Netlink (and other units) do not work if you clone the MAC address. The ONT becomes unresponsive due to a conflict.

Only option is to get the MAC address reset by BSNL.
