Vodafone 3G in Karnataka

I called up the Customer Care to get the settings for 3G.
In Karnataka, 3G providers are Airtel and Aircel, but Vodafone still had agreement with Airtel to share 3G network (Court case pending)
The executive mentioned the steps and when I sent the sms I got the message that "Your request could not be processed"
Now when I call the Customer Care again, the executive says that since I migrated to vodafone recently, 3G cannot be enabled on my phone, it is available for older customers. He mentioned about the pending court case.
Anyone still using Vodafone 3G in Karnataka/Bangalore?
Is it still working

If I am not wrong, court has asked vodafone(in Karnataka circle) not to enroll any new 3G customers.

Hello Moindear,Subject: Vodafone 3G in KarnatakaAs per court directions, we cannot extend 3G services in location where Vodafone does not have 3G spectrum. Inconvenience regretted.
