:banghead: Vodafone 3G service is down since last 15 days in my work area, i.e., Andheri MIDC area (Mumbai)... Complained twice, but got the same reply that their engineers are looking into the issue. Does it really take sooo much time to fix this issue ?:snooze: (unless airtel/reliance took over vodafone's tower.. :lipssealed:)
Really fedup now with vodafone.

Are you sure it's Vodafone? :P

Recently my phone just would not connect to Vodafone 3G network here in Gurgaon. Resetting the phone fixed the issue :D

15 days, 15 restarts approx & multiple times airplane mode switches. tried everthing. when i move out of this area i get 3G. so definitely its vodafone...

in my case, i was also getting connected outside my locality! it worked great in delhi and a few kms away from my house. if you have a second device at home, check on that.

Vodafone 3G quality has gone down the drain in Mumbai region for sure. I too face the problem where the signal keeps falling back to EDGE while commuting in local train and that's almost unusable. It happened on my Nexus 4 and now on my Nexus 6 too.

All my colleagues using Vodafone are facing this issue :banghead:. Slowly one by one is shifting to another service provider.

No point in blaming Telcos, blame it over govt for not doing spectrum planning and issuing petty amount of spectrum to each circle.
Our operator spend world class money for cheap quantity of airwaves. countries like singapore have 20MHz of contiguous 3G spectrum compared to ours of 2.5 Mhz and three operators are containing each 20 Mhz pair. they are already running dual band 4G with 2600MHz TD LTE in island areas and 1800 MHz Band in densly populated area and cover only 2 mn population
