iPhones n xiaomi already do, samsung has active in pushing updates for most model in post 2015.
If they strart I think most manufacturer would push except desi chineese rebrands.

Band 41 is supported by all high end phones. Exynos and Snapdragon both. And almost all mid range phones too. Hence no update required. Certain entry level phones with mediatek and SD 625 proc also supports band 41 but handset manufacturer did not pay add on license to Snapdragon for getting niche bands like 41 and 1 hence they will never get it...
