Consumers are losing, banks are losing, employees are losing.
Too much loss if the government enforces the fine.

Vodafone should have merged with Airtel.
They have similar network setup,it would have been lot easier for technical integration.
It would been a lot stronger entity than the Vodafone idea limited.
