Vodafone Idea Plans 5G Rollout in Mumbai by March 2025

Vodafone Idea announced that the commercial launch of 5G services in Mumbai is planned for March 2025 and Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Patna for April 2025.
I hope after 5G roll out they will stop bleeding subscribers ,Vi also said they would have 10-15% cheaper 5G plans as compared to competition that would be interesting to see
 
I hope the Vi 5G unlimited will be purely unlimited without any FUP cap. If Vi introduces 5G unlimited like Airtel 5G unlimited (FUP of 300GB ) it will be sh!#
 
I dont see Vi rolling out 5G SA but rather 5G NSA

That too after almost 3 years behind the competition,and looking at the data caps of unlimited 4G plan of 300gb ,i guess 5G would be 300gb too

Airtel CEO would be happy or something
 
I think Vi can stop bleeding miney if they dont give out 100 GB of free data every time someone ports out. or these useless midnight to afternoon unlimited plan.
Instead there can be a monthly unlimited and 6 monthly unlimited, and a plan that is oriented towards keeping the number active.
instead they are randomly giving out data
 
so apparently Vi has rolled out 5G in these locations
due to Minimum rollout obligations

On there Website Vi mentions Prepaid plans starting at Rs 299 and Postpaid plans starting at Rs 451 will get 5G support

In comparison of Prepaid plans of the competion
Jio has minimum 28day 5G plan for Rs 349
Airtel has minimum 28 day 5G plan for Rs 379

Hence technically Vi would have the cheapest Prepaid 5G plans and lets be real till the time BSNL 5G rolls out ,6G would be developed probably .
therefore its a good thing that Vi wants to rollout 5G at a cheaper rate than the competition ,hence increasing 5G competition

Also the 2nd point says download without worrying about Data Caps could it mean they are going the Jio route of unlimited 5G?
