anyway who cares! I am just having fun criticizing!

Fun criticizing? Reading your earlier posts too, you seem to be very dissatisfied person.

Dont get me wrong but a friendly advice: Criticize, but dont be obsessed with finding fault endlessly.

hahahaha! u noticed that well!! its ok. dont worry. these days i am getting harsh and rude!!but i complain when such big company cant do things properly, that too over long period of time. like for vodafone site, ever since its launched, everytime they make me select my place i.e. Mumbai. cant they simply store it in cookies? Also their URLhttp://www.vodafone.in/Vodafone/Pre/Pages/TP_Mum.aspxclearly states, i want tariff page (TP) for prepaid in Mumbai, even then it wud ask me again for place!now since they havent changed that from like six months or more, which means noone has done testing.

well the reasoning for sms is quite simple:they must be thinking that people see ads/hoarding,etc & see that std at rs. 1.5 / min & people will start calling long distance without any thinkingonly people like us bother to check their site & cc that some stupid sms has to be sent or u might still be stuck with 2.4/2.5/2.65 per min

well.. most ppl wud check balance first time after calling to make sure that its actually cutting 1.3Rs only, if it doesnt then CC will be flooded with curses and swearing even more! and vodafone can not mislead public like that. if ad says 1.3Rs/m then it also has to state the condition of SMSing.

anyways, Nice move by Vodafone..Well, now we can see STD rates coming below 1 Rupee by using those Bonus recharge coupons... they r charging 75 RS( bonus recharge) if one wants to use STD for 1 rupee...Now when standard rates have dropped to 1.3 Rs then it doesnt make any sense to recharge for 75 rs just to save those 30 paise per min.....So, Vodafone is surely gonna slash the STD rates to anywhere between 50 to 75 paise per min..:thumbsup:anyways its not gonna be too long when we will enjoy unlimited calls across india like in US and other countries...The other day my frnd was telling me that Reliance to reliance STD is Free nowadays, does anybody has any idea about this??
