Vodafone India: vf over airtel

Right now I have Airtel connection (AP circle) and thinking to shift to Vodafone, due to deteriorating network performance. Can u ppl. here share your views abt vf? Especially I am interested in followings :1. Network performance (inside/outside of a building)2. Customer handlingIs it really worthfull to change to vf frm airtel? Bro cant tell about others but i suggest you stay with airtel

Reason ?
i also shifted to vodafone a month ago.
i used vodafone prepaid youth plan
though u get 25 paise calls frm vf to vf
and sms is just 10 paise
but
i was unable to get a steady network at many places.
even while u r talking suddenly the voice can go low.:wall:
also they call you atleast 7 times a day to advertise
ex - do u want this caller tune etc.
while airtel ppl call 3 times a week
this has been a major problem for me

my experience with airtel was truly gr8
and ill soon switch back:thumb:

Conclusion - Airtel may be pricey in sum aspects but it surely is the best:cool2:

Stick to Airtel. VF is disgusting. I have VF "mobile connect" scheme on my mobile, yet they are disturbing me to avail of the same offer. Also, while roaming, the network is poor. :frown:

Vodafone sucks - if it wasn't for friends with CUg plans in VF, I would have shifted to Airtel long ago.

for me cost of calls is not a issue. What matters here to me is network, and vf has best network in all those corners of pune where ever i go. And airtel suck bigtime in terms of metwork for those places i need to go.

well here in Delhi VF has serious network problems...but i must admit that their coverage is excellent and they offer better browsing speeds than Airtel in my area...but their network goes down every now n than..there has been days when for the whole day no network.One could not even check his balance, forget about making calls.These days i keep Vodafone for just incoming..Using idea for outgoing calls..Idea has the cheapest tarrif in Delhi.Network not as good as VF.call clarity is bad too.details of my Idea plan.Name : Idea my ganggang to gang calls = 10 paiseidea to landline/mobiles= 50 paise per min for 19 hours(10pm - 5pm) and 1 rupee per min from 5 to 10pm(peak hours)STD 1.5 Rs per minSMS local 10 paise ( 19 hours).25 paise on peak hoursSMS STD 10 paise (19 hours).25 paise on peak hours
