What can Vodafone do about it when Handsets are not compatible with Operator logos? At the max, they can issue new sim cards but why would they if old sim is working fine?
replacing sims of interested customers would hardly cost them 1% of the money they spent on making sure that we know that Hutch is now Vodafone.now for me, hutch remains hutch coz my motorola shows that i am using HUTCH. time to fix that.
If you ask for a replacement I am sure they will replace it, what I meant was they won't go about calling customers to submit old hutch sims and take home new Vodafone sims, even though it may not cost them much............
I am sure u know what the word FREE means to us in India? People just show up madness when they hear, its FREE.
Nokia BL-5C story is still fresh, where people just attacked the nokia gallery for getting free battery replacements, though in Nokia's case it was indeed dangerous battery.......
