I had been a Vodafone customer since past 3 years. In past few months I started getting bills with High rates. And suddenly a bill of Rs. 29000 came. I went to the nearest Vodafone store and there I realized that the bill is high because of the GPRS usage and that a GPRS pack (Which i requested to be activated on Customer care 111) was not activated. The Vodafone store guy sent a complaint from my side to get the records checked.Now the Vodafone people are saying they have no records of such activation request and that I have to pay the amount.What should I do?I dont intend to pay 29000 for the services which I get for 199 rupees. :angry (2)
