The bots should realise that Forums like these are not their "backyard", just like how Twitter/FB are. They can choose what to respond & how to respond/not respond at all against queries posted there. And still they can get away with their template replies. But such behaviour will never be spared on Forums!
Ok a guy from retention dept called me up and made me repeat the whole story. Now he is going to forward the complaint to even higher authority. I expect to talk to CEO in 2-3 days at this pace.
Vodafone guy from retention dept called up to assure me that the problem was sorted. So I did an online recharge and bam!! Recharge failed. Launched a complaint again.Back to square one.
Somehow.. I expected this.There is a problem in the code or configuration.. Would recommend not doing a transaction anymore using those cards/banks... Till you get anyone on the forum or outside confirming that they were able to it.
