Update!
The idiots have blocked my Vodafone number from reaching actual CC executive. So I called them from another number. Now the person whom I spoke to accepted their mistake. It seems atleast. He said my complaint has been forwarded to back end team and will be sorted in 48 hrs.
I will provide another update.
