So i noticed while browsing international reaming packs on Vodafone that for few countries (like japan), the only unlimited data plan is the free RedX one(7 days) and all other has has limited data
Even the most expensive one(5999) has 5 GB data and 500 mins outgoing calls
Rs 3999 plan has 3 GB data

For reference this is the best plan on Airtel for japan

Plan also states free international roaming
I think it means you don't have to pay anything extra to keep the number active while roaming internationally, i don't know if same is the case with other prepaid/postpaid plans
