Vodafone shifts all postpaid customers (including Idea) to Vodafone RED brand

Porting is going to be a nightmare for postpaid. I've been trying to get the UPC since the past two days. All I get is this SMS as a reply. Bills are cleared already. Vodafone tells me to wait for 2 - 3 days and try again.

UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)Payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I ported my Vodafone postpaid couple of months back to Airtel. Apart from them trying to make me cancel my porting by lying to me, rest everything went smooth.

Vodafone speed before system upgradation. (Usually I used to get 20+ mbps even in peak hours)

Vodafone speed after system integration. (Now hardly crosses 1 mbps in morning hours, peak hours speed r hell does not even load WhatsApp images)

Getting poor service from yesterday .

I even get call from them If I generate porting code, they claim that everything will be sorted in 48 hrs they also beg to cancel port request.

But unfortunately nothing improves.

But in my current location I was getting better speeds but after so called "Vodafone-Idea system upgradation" after 29 June I get poor speeds .
