Vodafone sim not getting registered on network

Vodafone sim not getting registered on network. I have tried following steps :-
Reinserting sim in my device .
Checking in other mobiles, their also same issue.
Took duplicate same , still facing same issue.
Spoken to customer care ,they are not able to help..this is my primary number .. I can't change this.
Now I want to escalate this to get some solution.

Network always shows emergency calls only.

Say that it is lost. Replace your SIM.

Only option left is to port your number.

Try switching network type 4g 2g.

For porting they would have to send the port SMS request

yes and I spoke to other service providers , it is not possible by anyway to port other than the porting sms

can I replace it with same number in other network , I am afraid same issue will come if i replace it with Same network.

No, you need to have an active Vodafone SIM card to port out to Airtel / jio. I think your SIM is damaged. Replacing you sim will likely solve your issue.

Be wary of scammers swapping your SIM with fake documents. That is also a possibility.

I already got a duplicate sim...it also have same issue. I have raised the issue to nodal officer of VI , hopefully I might get some solution. Anyone else I should be emailing my issue ?
