VOIP is not registered how to fix this

In jio centrum dashboard VOIP is showing not registered

please help to fix this

Check IPv6 WAN settings and make sure it is set as Stateful, and on the LAN side it should be stateless.

my settings are exactly the same its on default i tried resetting it but still the issue occurs

i noticed this afternoon for voip has started working again for me even in jio centrum it shows green check
