VoLTE not working on a Vodafone prepaid SIM

So, I have a Redmi Note 4 and a Vodafone prepaid sim. If this issue is related to the phone or the Vodafone network, I really don't know.

If I put my sim card in a different phone, like Samsung it shows VOLTE, but it doesn't on Note 4. I have tried changing the region from India to Bangladesh, and vice versa. didn't help. If I put a different Vodafone sim in this phone, it shows VOLTE.

On this Samsung handset, every time my family member switches on the Wifi I noticed the location switches on as well The Vi connection doesn't shift from VoLTE to VoWiFi till the location goes out. Is Vi monitoring a user's location before the change over? Can someone please confirm if this is what they experience, or not?

The Jio SIM on the other hand switches to VoWifi within seconds without location being switched on.

Same thing happens to me with Jio. Sometimes even when my location is off I get location symbol and it doesn't go away until I reboot. But this only happens when I put my 2 jio Sims in my phone. Every ISP whether it's Jio or Airtel is tracking us. No worries about location sharing.
