Waiting for Big TV installation

from the date of installation i seen that they are showing same movies in bigtv movie channels every day "khoya khoya chand, Border, Refugi, worlf, spiderman, chalies angels, bad boys2 etc...., they must have to change the movies otherwise stop to play these all channels. any one have the idea about,how the channels ISP video channel works (channal no. 990)?????, please suggest
