It has improved but with Mtnl standards but still connecting in peak hours with dolphin is not possible.It has improved from worse to bad. It will take long time to change from Bad to Ok...

If someone Roams a lot then best option is go for Mtnl/Bsnl bec there is no comparison of call rates and value for money, Mtnl/Bsnl is simply the best!

Agreed but still Orange is better in terms of overall comparison and it will take a decade or more for Mtnl to match up with Orange\Hutch\Bpl\Airtel.

what u r saying may be true max but atleast not in my area. And even if the network has improved, what about customer service of Mtnl, do u think it can be more worse?

Thus, u save arnd Rs.2150
Believe me I have been successful in getting this plan. Also in past 1 have rcvd advance rental plans for Rs.600 where I used 2 get zero rentals for 6 mths.

Another Hidden Plan of theirs is Talk 399PLus...here every month you get 1000 Hutch to Hutch Mins Free & 1000 Hutch to Hutch SMS free. (hutch to hutch only in Mumbai circle). Also Hutch to Hutch STD is 1re only. Local Calls to any airtel, bpl, or even landline is 60ps for 60sec pulse.
Its an awesome plan if you have frnds n collegues on Hutch network.
