Want to activate MTNL wifi broadband

You can get the phone cable concealed so that it is not visible and obstructive. I can't think of any other solution for this problem.

Perhaps experts can give some ideas.

What you appear to be asking is a Wimax kind of a network. MTNL usually provide DSL based broadband which requires a telephone line to come to your place. This line connects to a wireless router using which you can access internet on your devices without any network or telephone cable.
