I would be on your side to oppose all such moves, if we were living in Ram-Rajya or Satya yuga (rule of truth). But this days are different, and its very important to have records for govt to prevent crime & track criminals.
I still dont understand if govt knew that I visited certain cybercafe at certain time by certain bus, what is going to harm me (until I did something illegal).
Anyways leave it...

its doesnt matter if we are living in the rule of truth or lie. There is a thing known as the constitution, fundamental rights. If the govt wants to keep us safe then why dont they remove the rights all together and have rfid implants to track us so to keep us safe.Having that type of attitude is the cause of all this."live free or die" thats what i believe in.

is also in Gujarat. Now watch it to know the hidden agenda.

Just a thought why does the Government want to look at cybercafes specifically? Because its where ideas are transmitted. Not guns or bombs. And why does the government monitor the internet, cell phones and you?Because you, dear citizen, are the most dangerous thing on their list. If you think, you are a terrorist. So fear is the ultimate teacher of what you think is socially acceptable. This is about computerized thought control. In Chennai, the local cybercafe requires a PAN card, drivers license. I laughed when they asked someone coming to browse for those documents.
