Want to Buy a TV for Home use (~40inch)

Requirements:

• 40 Inch
• Smart not necessary (have a chromecast)
• Full HD needed (no HD ready or 4K or 3D)
• 3+ HDMI ports & 2 USB ports minimum
• LED or better
• Will be used for Tata Sky HD for now & PS4 next year onwards
• Sony/Samsung preferred but can look at others too.
• Might be an offline purchase.
• Anything else I should add?

Was looking at this TV Samsung 43 inch AU7700 4K Smart Crystal UHD TV | Samsung India
Should run with jio fiber stb (rarely used) & airtel dth stb (primary stb) pls give your inputs. Samsung site does not say if it has dual band wifi.
Oops forgot to mention don't want to spend more than 45-50k.

get hisense u6g. It has FALD
