Hello Friends,I'm frm haryana n using bsnl BB HOME 500C plan since 2 months..I want to surrender(disconnection) my bsnl bb connection.For this, i went to the local customer care centre to file an application for disconnexn..But to my surprise the IGNORANT BSNL C.C EXECUTIVES AND SDO said that minimum hire period is "3 MONTHS"...I called customer care on 1800-424-1600 and confirmed on bsnl website that the minimum hire period is " 1 MONTH"..What should i do now??? Where to complain regarding this??? PLEASE HELP FRIENDS....
