Want to Surrender bsnl bb connection..WANNA KNOW REGARDING MIN HIRE PERIOD FOR 500C PLAN,PLEASE HELP

Hello Friends,I'm frm haryana n using bsnl BB HOME 500C plan since 2 months..I want to surrender(disconnection) my bsnl bb connection.For this, i went to the local customer care centre to file an application for disconnexn..But to my surprise the IGNORANT BSNL C.C EXECUTIVES AND SDO said that minimum hire period is "3 MONTHS"...I called customer care on 1800-424-1600 and confirmed on bsnl website that the minimum hire period is " 1 MONTH"..What should i do now??? Where to complain regarding this??? PLEASE HELP FRIENDS.... :(
 
as you got it confirmed , minimum hire period for your plan is one month
