I hope its not a big ask..I will be really glad if anyone want to share their Jio login details so that I can use the JioPlay Live TV android app (assuming content is not restricted to access within Jio network)

You'll have to use Jio's hostpot to watch channels.

Are you 100% certain about it that it can't be accessed from outside Jio network?

You must need Jio internet to access Jio play services.
