Wanted to know how long of a wire can be laid without support from a pole?(Airtel Fiber)

The engineers came to my house and said that the wire has no support for about 70-80m which can cause it to sag and even break. I just wanted to know how long of a wire can be laid without support from a pole. Also, if I can offer some kind of support from my neighbor's house, will they install the wire?

Use a drop cable, which has steel wire on the top half of the cable. Or even a simple separate steel wire can be laid across the 100m gap and the fiber cable can be entwined with it for support.
