UPDATE: Zero action taken by Jio, as expected. I had registered the complaint on every available platform. Email, Twitter, Appellate authority.

UPDATE: Got a call from Jio Appellate they are saying Rs. 199 is not a standalone plan. It is a top-up meant to be used with a base plan. When your FUP exhausts you can recharge with Rs 199 for extra data.
