Webpages loading very slow, but speedtest showing good speed.

I know this thing and already tried but it did not worked..
But today automatically started working... So its a back end gateway issue
 
From afternoon internet light was blinking but no internet connection.after that I was go to the telephone exchange and request to disable Lfmt service and he did it in 2 minutes. now my username changed from lfmt. In to bsnl. In and don't have any internet issue its working superb

Bro can u tell.me the procedure..how did they changed lfmt in 2 minutes...
Here exchange people asking me how can we disable it ....
Its very important for me...
And plz tel me ur exchange location and city
 
bramhapuri dist-chandrapur state- maharashtra bro he disabled lmft service front of me but i dont know the procedure but u can ask him on twitter @VihangGhutke
 
Bsnl rj replied me on twitter saying that on combo plans they'll only be offering lfmt domain which gives you private ip and if you want dynamic ip then you should go for non combo plans. What a lame excuse!
