Simply access you jio router via ipv6 turn off ipv6 dhcp .
Now turn on ipv4 dhcp it will work 10000%.
Remember after this restart router and computer also to auto relase ipv6 and get new ip4 ip
i also face this issue 1 year ago now everything running fine.

my jio fiber router sometimes blinks blue light … i mean wifi on jio router is off so it shows blue light but light disappears for half second and then comes back.
