However i find Jio is throttling speeds. Upon using a VPN, they are neutralized. I use PureVPN. However, VPN are not raising the speeds of torrents with Jio. With other ISPs they are working fine(both with and w/o VPN). This is a big turn off for me as a Jio Customer. But a few CC told that they knowing are blocking these torrent and porn sites, because thats the thing which people download in huge quantity when they get internet for free. They told that they will unblock most of them 1 month after commercial launch. As far as throttling is concerened, they are working on it. Hope they remove all such restrictions just before commercial launch.
