Weird DPI (Deep packet inspection) related problem

@partymonger I am using link-removed for a long time . I can open it fine without any issues .even limetorrents are accessible fine . It's just that sometimes only mirrors are accessible. But these sites are accessible without any problems

Just saw this video on youtube. seems legit. Is this possible to do this on our own though?
