HelloToday itself I've been facing this issue. I am unable to open any site on my PC whereas my laptop and mobile can connect to the WiFi. On top of that I can connect my account through steam on my PC and even download torrents through utorrent.Although guild wars 2 client doesn't connect to the servers. After frustrating 2 hours, I put the open DNS instead of the one the Mtnl people gave me and I could open all websites for a brief period of 5-10 minutes. Then the exact same thing happened. After that I reverted back to the DNS the Mtnl people gave me.My IP address: 192.168.1.9Default gateway: 192.168.1.1Preferred DNS server: 202.159.219.229Alternate DNS server: 202.159.217.198

Try
MTNL DNSMumbai59.185.3.1259.185.3.10203.94.227.70Delhi203.94.243.7059.185.0.2359.185.0.50
you could also use OpenDNS or Google dns too.

I used the open DNS but the problem is still there. Btw I live in Delhi. You have given 3 numbers but there are only 2 columns to fill. I'm sorry but I'm not very familiar with this

Actually we can use any DNS entries, (even of another company). Which mode are you using? Also what is the MTU on your modem. It should ideally be 1492.

You can fill as many dns as you want. By clicking on advanced tab than DNS then add .
Here's screenshot of my setttings

The two dns on top will be your preferred server and alternate server as reflected in first image.
One more thing every time you change your dns setting just clear your cookies and cache and also click on repair button in local area connection
