mtnl says they changed my plan 22 aug but still the selfcare portal shows my old plan nor I am getting the speeds which I was supposed to get from my new plan
I even emailed them screenshots of the selfcare portal and speedtest results but still they are saying my plan has been already changed, how dafuq can I know which plan I am using ?
