Weird Problem on Tata Sky HD DTH

Yes for me sound automatically goes MUTE, however change doesn't change.

no cfl near TV, stb or remote. might be something else. As of now today not facing the problem. yesterday frequent occurance.

Seen channel changing automatically few times on Tata Sky HD STB. No idea about the reason. Nobody in room was touching any remote.

Even I am facing a weird issue. Its kind of related. The channel menu opens at random. Happens on some days. Also I face another issue. The setup box even when on standby takes a lot of time to startup and the program memory is loaded from scratch. Happens if the box was on standby for long. It behaves like the box was switched off even when it was only on standby. Sometimes it takes more than 5 seconds to start after pressing the power button.

My Tata Sky HD+ software updated today morning.
Didn't notice any change. May be it was for to solve this or similar problems/bugs.

I used to face the same problem, they changed my STB n problem also went away.
