Weird Problem

Whenever i switch on the light/fan of my room, my internet gets disconnected. Even switching on the light/fan of next room, the net just doesn't work anymore. I have to connect it again to work. I am using MTNL 256Kbps unlimited bb and has a D-Link 502-T modem. Can anyone tell me whats the cause?Thank you

Try powering your power adaptor of your D-Link 502 from the spike guard strip if you have one.

Yep seems to be wiring fault.
