weird problem ????????

siri have bsnl 750 ul plan and my net is not workingthe problem is very weird that when headset of my landline is on the black switch the net stops working ( dsl goes away) but when i pick up the phone net starts working

1.Follow this diagram



Make sure all connections come after splitter. You can also connect the line from junction box directly to the modem and check. It is your telephone which is connected to a point before the splitter causing the problem.

2. At times it occur when your splitter is faulty. Replace it and check.

Do u have a parallel connection ?If Yes, It might be causing the problem

If its too technical for you then Call your exchange and file a complaint, alternatively file a complaint on 1500, BSNL CC officials have become more responsive off late specially the tricity area.
